Abstract
Along with rapid development of technology and universal enhancement of people´s living standard, customer demand´s scope of product and service becomes wider and wider, and their request level becomes higher and higher. To develop a sustainable competitive advantage, companies concentrate on their core competencies fully utilize all the internal and external available resources. How to use competitive advantages to make further development in the keen market competition is not easy to be solved by only a single company. More and more supply chain set about to develop the outsourcing activities. This paper makes a systematic relationship analysis between node enterprises within their supply network (SN), and puts forward the 3POS (Third Party Outsourcing) strategy and construct the coordinated framework, being consist of standard supply chain and outsourcing organizations. And detailed 3POS strategies for the supply network are derived to optimise the whole supply network. A heuristic to obtain a solution from the model is also presented to tell the different enterprise to develop the different 3POS strategy to strengthen the core competencies under the supply network.
