Abstract
The brewery wastewaters has been purified by the anaerobic treatment using UASB (upflow activated sludge blanket) reactors seeded with activated sludge. From experimental results, we can see, that main components are chemical oxygen demand (COD), biological oxygen demand (BOD). Total solid´s contents are desreased by 96 percent, elemental content is decreased by 95-97 percent, respectively.
