Abstract :
The navigation-aid information is the basic and one of the most important information for the marine traffic safety. The reasonability of the placement of aids to navigation will directly influence the marine traffic safety, and also have a close relation with the efficiency of the maintenance of the aids. Because of the development of ports and fairways, the increasing demands of the seafarers on the navigation services, and also the development of the aid to navigation technologies, the navigation-aid system constructed may not satisfy the users and cannot completely meet the demands on the efficient maintenance and management of the aid to navigation. So, it is necessary to readjust and optimize it dynamically. The precondition of the navigation-aid system optimization is to know how about its operation now. Therefore, the Success Degree-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed to post-evaluate the navigation-aid system constructed to clarify the weaknesses and problems existing in the system. It is just basing on these problems that the directions and tasks of the navigation-aid system optimization will be pointed out, laying a good foundation for the system optimization. And this paper took the post-evaluation of the remote monitoring system of navigation-aid in East sea area as an example to illustrate the accuracy and availability of the evaluation model.
