Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to review the characteristics of Web portal quality from the end-users´ perspective and to propose a Web portal quality model. In this study, the quality of web portals consists of three basic components: the information content (e.g., accuracy and applicability), the physical medium (e.g., timeliness and speed), and the service (e.g., reliability and responsiveness of the product provider).
