Abstract
This paper is devoted to a new setting for the problem of channel identification. The algebraic approach that has been presented in preceding communication, to analyse the question of perfect equalizability of multiuser channels is used. A new definition of identifiability for linear and nonlinear channel is given. This definition clarifies the fundamental link between the problem of observability of input-output system and the channel parameters identification. A test of that definition in terms of ranks of Jacobian matrices is provided.
