Abstract :
In order to safely test the temperature and pressure in the oil storage tanks and gas tanks, we propose a kind of method that uses fiber Bragg grating sensor to conduct real-time detection on the temperature and pressure conditions in the gas tank. Install a fiber Bragg grating as the sensor to get the temperature and pressure signal of the tank. When it changes, the central wavelength of optical signal picked up by the fiber Bragg grating will also change, so we can calculate the changing situation of the temperature and pressure in the tanks. Experiment shows that this kind of detection system is a very safe and effective detection method.
