  • Abstract
    This paper proposes a learning method to control the frequency of the oscillatory neural network. In this proposed learning method, since it is supposed that only the feedback parameter has plasticity, we can establish a learning method with high simplicity. Using the proposed learning method, the frequency of the oscillatory neural network can be adjusted to the frequency of an external periodic function
