The Research and Application of Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6)

As the development of Internet, the current network protocol IPv4 has revealed many defects in areas such as in the address space, Internet security, QoS, and configuration is not simple enough which led to the emergence and growth of IPv6, it is an inevitable trend for the development of Internet that IPv6 will replace IPv4 protocol. The construction and development of IPv6 network provides platforms for its applications. In this paper we research the basic services of IPv6 network such as Web Services, and its expansion applications, such as video-on-demand system.
