Abstract :
In this paper the methods for regulation of phase and size compositions of aluminium oxides nanopowder produced by electrical explosion of aluminium wires using water as surrounding ambient are shown. The different crystal modifications of aluminium oxides nanopowder were produced: Al(OH)3, gamma-Al2O3, alpha-Al2O3. Parameters of regulation were electrical characteristics, characteristics of wires, density of surrounding ambient: water as gas, liquid, ice.
