School organizational culture affected the school effectiveness, while the leadership styles were the key factor affecting the school organizational culture. Quantitative research with purposive sampling was adapted in this study to investigate the faculty of universities in Shanghai area to explore the influence factors of organizational culture, and building the model. The results showed that (1) leadership of intuitive vision and ethical orientation affected organizational culture positively; (2) people orientation leadership had negative impact on organizational culture.
