Abstract :
This paper handles the effect of increasing the number of users in the double weight (DW) code family. The complementary detection technique can eliminate multi access interference (MAI) only if there is a fixed in phase cross- correlation. When the number of users is increased using the mapping technique the cross-correlation between the users, is either ´0´ or ´1´. In this paper a alternative detection method is investigated in order to adapt to such problem and detailed performance calculations are given.
