Abstract :
The urban technology innovation system is an important driving force of urban development, this article evaluates the construction degree of Dalian´ technology innovation system form four aspects: Organization construction, market mechanism, power mechanism and support system. First, based on these four aspects the author establish an evaluation index system; Second, build the evaluation model of the construction degree of Dalian´ technology innovation system; finally, use the result of survey carry on a case study of Dalian´s technology innovation system.
