Construct a logistics network platform based on the SNS to integrate the small and medium enterprises logistics resources

With the limitations of funds and strength, most of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) often choose the model of logistics outsourcing to reduce costs, and improve logistics efficiency. However, while the logistics cost of the production or commercial enterprises keeps a higher level, the third-party logistics enterprises take a fewer profits or even losses. This paper analyses the contradictory result deeply combining with the characters of small and medium enterprise logistics activities, and puts forward a conception of constructing a logistics network platform based on SNS, which can efficiently integrate SMEs logistics resources by establishing the logistics relationship network based on trust, and can achieve a rapider transmission and response speed of logistics information by use of information push mechanism. That can help SMEs realize the informationized, integrated and intensive development.
