Abstract

The innovative advantages of industrial agglomeration lie in innovation cluster. From the perspective of innovation network system, industrial agglomeration innovation system is a special system,which includes enterprises, governments,universities, research institutes, financial institutions, and intermediary service agencies. The realization of industrial agglomeration innovation depends on the stress and motivity inspired by the clusters´ innovation.It is affected by special requirement, promotion from competition and cooperation, cluster learning mechanism, organization innovation mechanism, as well as the stimulation of local resources and industrial circumstances.So we should apply the dynamical mechanisms of industrial agglomeration innovation,and take some appropriate measures to ensure the effective operation of the mechanism.
