Analysis on Fiscal and Tax Policy of Stimulating Small-Medium Enterprises´ Technology Innovation in China

Small-medium enterprises (SMEs) have become the backbone of technology innovation in China, and the fiscal and tax policies have played a key role in promoting, guiding and stimulating independent innovation activities and improving independent innovation capability of SMEs. This paper mainly analyzes fiscal and tax policies which support technology innovation of SMEs and existing problems of these policies and proposes some recommendations to further improve these fiscal and tax policies.
