The Model of Trust Repair Mechanisms in Business Relations

Abstract :
In recent years trust repair research was believed more and more important by Western scholars. The existing literature for interpreting the trust repair mechanism remained deficiency. Based on cognize-emotion theory, attribution theory, perceived risk theory and perceived equity theory, from the perspective of injured party, the author designs the Model of Trust Repair Mechanisms to describe the ways of repairing trust and identify the key variables in trust repair processes. Finally, the paper provides valuable insights for the corporate management and points out the limitations of this study and the future research directions.
