Abstract :
This paper presents along with economic globalization and the impact of fierce market competition, businesses are undergoing restructuring, resources innovation and change in the way of innovation in accordance with changes of the market, businesses continuous innovation and creating new market demand. This paper discusses the characteristics are the model of innovation, shows players, path, mechanism and survival condition those should be extremely complicatedly organized to form regional characteristics to adapt to local economy the mode is a systematic, comprehensive and flexible approach to analyze the incentives of innovative activities. The research focuses on the uniqueness of the model of the innovation in Australian businesses, what readily suit well Australian businesses are and their rationale, which elements interact that influence those models, and aims to advance innovation efficiency in Australia.
