Abstract :
The paper analyzes these factors from the team level; it includes the atmosphere of cooperation and communication, innovative leadership art, innovatively incentive policy, external characteristic of team members, internal aspects of social network connection. Then it summarizes the barrier factors of team creativity and puts forward the prospect of future research.
