Abstract :
Quantative increasing of the articles in all fields of science draws attention to scientometrics. Calculating of impact-factor of scientific journals from different countries entering Thomson database obliges calculating of national impact-factor of scientific journals in Azerbaijan. National impact-factor of some of the journals accepted by HCC (Higher Certifying Commission) have been mechanically calculated in this paper. Besides it, diverse weight coefficients have been added to the international accepted model of impact-factor.
