Abstract
The aim of this study is dealing with active recursive filters with variable gain. This filter is designed using monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) technology. The central frequency of this filter is 4 GHz. In this article we represent analytical and computer-simulated result using 0.35 ¿m SiGe BiCMOS process for a tunable active recursive filters in 3-4.2 GHz range. The power consumption of filter is 27.4 mW.
