Abstract
On the basis of organizational support theory, introducing the value orientation, this paper analyzed the staff\´s behavior motivation at a new perspective. A theory model was constructed and verified through questionnaire survey and empirical analysis. It focused on exploring the interaction mechanism among value orientation, perceived organizational support (POS) and organizational support-behavior choice. It found that different value orientations, acting like a switch in the process of "organizational support-behavior choice". Then some exploratory explanations were given to the conclusions. Employees were classified into six types according to outcomes variables. And then motivation modes aiming to different type of employees were promoted.
