Abstract :
Multimedia (MM) projects are characterized by high creativity and innovation levels which are greatly influenced by developers performance. This paper deals with multimedia projects scheduling, uncertainties and risks that would occur during the development phase. The goal is to establish a procedural model to tackle these issues. Such generalized model can be applied in most multimedia projects no matter what the size of the project being developed is
