Abstract :
After a brief presentation of Rodl & Partner we will provide you with general information about the European framework in the field of renewable energies and the basic legal situation in Germany, in some aspects in comparison to the situation in Italy. We will furthermore illustrate a deep hydro-geothermal project set up in Germany near Munich.
