Abstract :
The design of compensation and benefits system is reasonable or not largely affects the fate of employees. The motivation influence of the wage levels and employee benefits, which plays an important role for increasing the enthusiasm of the staff and improving the production efficiency. Satisfied with the compensation and benefits is the core of human resource management, which makes a tremendous impact on the development of the enterprises.This paper carries on the comparison analysis to the staffs´ compensation and benefits of Chinese and American enterprises, on base of this comparison analysis concludes and summaries the Chinese and American enterprises respective characteristic, from where to help Chinese enterprises to build a more reasonable compensation and benefits system, then further to retain employees and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
