Abstract :
Based on the basis of previous relevant research of competence, according to the characteristics of family enterprises, this paper uses the behavioral event interview and questionnaire, constructs a basic theoretical competence model of human resources managers in Chinese family enterprises. The model is made of four parts: functional management ability, interpersonal skills, personality and unique ability about family enterprises.
