Research on the Problems of the "Labor Contractor" in Chinese Construction Industry

"Labor Contractor" as a non-enterprise legal person, it has experienced a long historical period. For development of the construction industry in China, "Labor Contractor" played its historical role, but also buried potential problems for the healthy development of the construction industry. In this paper, it proposed solutions to "contractors" in response by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages and historical evolution of the "Labor Contractor" and combining with the actual situation of the "Labor Contractor".
