Abstract :
In order to adapt to the development of food enterprises, that more and more logistics operations will be outsourced by food companies increasingly. So to manage the risks become one of the most important issues. In order to control the risk of logistics outsourcing better, so that this paper analyzes food enterprises´ risk of logistics outsourcing, then use the method-fuzzy evaluation to construct the assessment model based on qualitative analysis and quantify uncertainty acossing logistics out souring. It is good for analysis the size of logistics outsourcing which will good for food enterprises to control the business of logistics outsoucing with the under the disposed to quantify food enterprises´ risk of logistics outsourcing.
