Abstract :
A design of three-axes high speed engraving machine control system based on embedded system was proposed in this paper. ARM (advanced risk machines) and FPGA (field programmable gate array) were considered as the corn in hardware, as well as the real-time multitask operating system muc/OS-II as platform in software system. One new solution for high speed engraving machine control system was provided, at the same time, how to control of acceleration and deceleration of stepping motor by analysis and calculation of the original designing data with the torque-frequency peculiarity of stepping motor was focused on in this paper. This system was already applied in such a kind of high speed engraving machine, and it is proved that this system is high precise and universality.
