Abstract :
Cultivation and development of the innovation capability of R&D personnel is the key to enterprises´ technological innovation. Based on the competence iceberg model, this paper has built the iceberg model for innovation capability of R&D personnel and its secondary indicators, and accordingly, proposed the strategies to improve the innovation capability of R&D personnel in enterprises.
