Abstract
To improve cultivation quality of undergraduate, the principle of quality function deployment (QFD) was applied to higher education system in this paper. After describing what QFD is, this paper discusses in detail the various aspects and tools associated with QFD. It is hoped that the paper can serve the needs of researchers and practitioners for higher education institutions of QFD studies and applications, and hence promote QFD´s future development.
