Abstract :
In this research, we study the company´s efficiency and competitiveness. By developing the three major variables, competitive strategies, business types and infrastructure and policy issues. The variables are included with multiple factors that have been developed by the qualitative research both expert judge and primary research. The scope of study covers the several sectors of businesses such as telecommunication business which the supply chain cost to product price is low and the supply chain performance such as responsiveness is highly impacted to the company´s competitiveness. The research methodologies are both qualitative by interviewing the focus groups and quantitative by surveying the large sample sizes. The results of factors in each variable are shown. The interpretations are done by using statistical techniques and tools such as Q methodology. The results show the critical factors in model that impact to the company´s competitiveness and efficiency. The research will also recommend the methodology for further study the large-scale study the proposed model about the relationship between the business types and infrastructure & policy to the company´s competitiveness
