Abstract
With the advent of the digital age, enjoying mobile multimedia information services will become the fashion of customers. How to deliver such services from the providers to the recipients quickly and efficiently has become an important research issue for service enterprises. Firstly, the architecture of software-as-a-service (SaaS) model is introduced on the basis of the study of service delivery theory. Then, combined with the characteristics of mobile multimedia information service delivery system, the application architecture of mobile multimedia information service delivery system based on SaaS model is proposed. Finally, functional modules of mobile multimedia information service delivery system, which include service performance evaluation subsystem, service front desk management subsystem, customer management subsystem, service resource management subsystem and business management subsystem, are designed according to the core business of mobile multimedia information service delivery.
