Abstract :
This paper constructs a psychological contract mechanism model to analyze the affecting process of psychological contract on the teacher. Through anglicizing the process of the university organization payment and the teachers´ perceptive value are affected by the change in performance appraisal way, this paper anglicizes the change process of the psychological contract balance and puts forward improving strategies on this basis.
