  • Abstract
    A maximum step voltage test of two 1-V Josepshon junction arrays fabricated at different places were performed. Maximum zero-crossing voltages, frequency of the millimeter waves, and their power are measured. These items are demonstrated to be useful to discuss performance of arrays.
