Abstract :
Through a questionnaire survey on new employees, this paper empirically studies the impact of the working pressure new staffs are bearing on their turnover intention. On the basis of data analysis, it discovers that the working pressure new staffs are bearing includes pressure from woke itself, organizational management pressure, role ambiguity and conflict pressure, interpersonal relationship and communication pressure, career development pressure, and personal qualities pressure. Among them, except personal qualities pressure, all other 5 types of pressure have positive influence on the turnover intention, and pressure from work itself has the greatest impact, personal qualities pressure has no obvious impact on the turnover intention. It also presents corresponding suggestions in line with research conclusions.
