Abstract :
It are described in this paper that hardware and software about methodology and implementation of ohmic heating sterilization. Its control chip is AVR micro controller There are two units in hardware, drive unit and control unit. Main functions are finished in software parts, including parameter setting of control system, temperature sampling, voltage adjustment, automatic control of temperature in heating process, the keyboard and display.
