Abstract :
The virtual value chain analysis used in corporate labor cost control in this paper to analyze the controlling factors of labor Cost in the virtual value chain. From the point of view of the Flexible control analysis the labor costs in the virtual value chain, using the flexible control method rebuild the value chain, proposing the Labor cost control methods ,from a strategic point of control reduce labor costs.
