Abstract :
Human resources training is an important way to improve production efficiency of enterprise. This article based on reviewing the relevant literature of human resources training and efficiency, optimization analysis on investment of enterprise human resources training by Pontryagin´s Maximum Principle. It concluded that the investment of enterprise human resources training should distinguish between core and non-core value creation department. There is an optimal allocation proportion of the stock and investment in human resources training between the two departments. The investment in human resources training could not create optimum efficiency if it is fails to reach the optimal allocation proportion. Finally, the paper pointed out that the proportion of investment in enterprise human resources training between the different departments of value creation.
