Abstract :
In this paper, gray model of optimization of logarithm new developments coefficients forecasted the trends of economic development. Then, analyze on the effect of population quality on economic development with the grey relational model. Main conclusions: science and technology activities personnel and the numbers of college graduates of every million people have the greatest impact on the economy. Based on the model, the paper put forward on some feasible suggestions on how to promote the economic development.
