Abstract :
In many cases, IPR holders of technologies have control rights in negotiation while they should take consideration of reasonable requests from partners. If customers have difficulty in quality identification, how to design the cooperation contracts influenced by both adverse selection problem and moral hazard problem for multi-agent technology-transformation projects? The results show us that negative effect relating to partners´ high effort and security benefits promised to partners will influence the final designing result.
