Abstract :
Efficient and intensive utilization of construction land is not only an essential request for Chinese urbanization but also one of the hot spots for recent land use study at home and abroad. Taking city or state as evaluation unit, the construction land intensive utility level was calculated within the range of 0.0993-0.5987 based on the built measurement model, which showed that Hunan´s construction land utility level was low generally. If the intensive utility measurement value of the whole provincial construction land was divided into four categories, the results showed 28.57% of the difference between c-means classification and greatest compatible class fuzzy recognition division, so the measurement value´s classification had much uncertainty in information.
