Establishment and Realization of Project Culture during the Construction Project Management in China

Project culture is of great importance to the success of the construction project. The problems exist in Chinese´s present construction project culture and the pertinent reasons for that are analyzed in this paper, then the content including four parts of the project culture including substance culture, conducts culture, regulations culture and spirits culture are brought forward and the content and the workflow to establish and perform the project culture are presented to provide reference for the project in order to get success.
