Abstract :
Production data management became the bottleneck of contemporary corporation management, the hot problem on the software exploitation and the information technology (IT) application, and the key on the achievement of information integration for aeronautical manufacturing enterprise. In this paper, the actual needs situations of aviation manufacturing enterprise were analyzed in detail. The PDM architecture on the data-valut and document management, the product configuration management, the workflow and the human & organization management were studied. An analysis approach model on the implement of PDM system was realized and a PDM-based information integrated frameworks on the platform of CAx and ERP was accomplished. Finally, an illustrative example to validate the application and examined its effectiveness was proposed. It is not only fair and reasonable conclusions, but also the improvable agility on product data management which achieved the information exchanging and sharing of group activity in distributing environment, the dynamic adjustment and monitor in the design process.
