  • Abstract
    The excessive competition in bidding of current large-scale projects might lead to lots of negative problems, distorted relationship between the inviters and the bidders and decrease of the project investment control. Based on the virtual partnering organization model for project management, the procedures of project investment control for the management of large-scale projects during the design and construction phases were analyzed. The results show that the project investment control based on the virtual partnering organization is an effective and reasonable control of project investment and operation mechanism.
