Abstract
After the Second World War, accompanying world economies rapid development, project management emerged as a management discipline to manage complex projects. Project management is an activity which includes knowledge, tools, skills and methods to meet customer and project´s demands. Currently, delivery projects are being bigger, and some projects are more than billion USD. These delivery projects´ manager will manage hundreds or thousands of engineers. These projects are almost a middle-sized company. However, the existing literatures paid much more attention on project tools and methodology implementation than project manager. This paper offers that Project Manager should also develop leadership. Based on practiced project management and theory of project management, this paper offers five aspects to develop leadership of project manager.
