Research on financial strategic performance of Chinese energy enterprises listed in USA — Based on factor analysis

With the rapid development of Chinese economic, more and more Chinese enterprises choose to list in the foreign countries. The article use SPSS17.0 software comprehensive analysis and evaluation Chinese energy enterprises listed in USA in accordance with the method of factor analysis. Studies have shown that the overall development of Chinese energy enterprises listed in USA is not very balanced, traditional and large-scale energy companies developed better than the new energy companies. Traditional energy companies score top, and new energy companies score lower. Every energy company has some unique problems. There is further room for improvement. The conclusions reached in this article not only pointed out the direction of China´s energy enterprises for the future development but also provided references of energy development for our government.
