Abstract
This paper explores the development and implementation of a new information systems strategy at a service industry company based at three offices in southern England. The paper reports on a straightforward methodology used for developing the information systems strategy, the package selection process, implementation issues and overall costs and benefits to the company. It also reflects on how the project has helped move the company forward in terms of organisational development and e-business capability.
