  • Abstract
    With the development of real estate industry, customer satisfaction plays a very big role for enterprises. Residential real estate has entered a stage of rapid development in our country after this country completed the residence distribution system; simultaneously the market competition is also getting intense day by day. The organization should have better understanding of the real needs of the customers and to locate the most popular residential projects in the perspective of the customers based on grey comprehensive evaluation. By analyzing the result, the enterprises will comprehensively consider the needs of the customers and pay more attention to what the customers valued most in the future development, so to improve the satisfactory products for customers.
