Abstract
Some drawbacks in the appearance quality of fair-faced finishing concrete that may easily appear are analyzed in this study, including the non-rounded outline of bolt holes, more ´panda eyes´, irregular pore blocking, non-smooth construction of seamless convergence, exposed sand in decorative gaps, uneven and non-straight cicada seam, and more bubbles, clouds and sand at the concrete surface, etc. To solve these problems, some systematic technical improvements and management measures are proposed with respect to plugs, outseam stripes, clamps, making and mounting of templates and so on, with which the appearance quality of fair-faced finishing concrete is enhanced effectively.
