  • Abstract
    With the development of the economy and people´s life, the ice and snow tourism has been developing rapidly, and the development of ice and snow tourism industry has attracted more and more attention. Thus, the evaluation of ice and snow tourism resource value becomes an important issue in ice and snow tourism research. This paper, from economic, ecological and cultural aspects, designs an ice and snow tourism resource value evaluation index system, which includes 3 first grade indexes, 16 second grade indexes and 37 third grade indexes, and constructs the fuzzy evaluation model of ice and snow tourism resource value. Finally, the paper applies the designed indexes and evaluation model to evaluate the ice and snow tourism resource value of Heilongjiang Province. The results show that the evaluation index system is practical and the evaluation model is applicable.
